An Overdue Thank-You

Dear Silent Dream of CrIsis,

I apologize for the lateness of this letter. My sister and I don’t always communicate very well. It’s taken some time for me to finally understand all of what happened several months ago, when you accompanied the Healers of Renvin at the request of Chath Naeric, my treacherous father, to our home. You may not recall but he had poisoned my sister in order to trick you into using your renowned psychic abilites on her to “cure” us without our consent.

Both Elycia and I wish to thank-you for your help as well as for respecting our wishes. What you said that day finally forced our father to accept the strange miracle of our existence. He no longer lives in denial or seeks to have us “fixed.” Sadly this revelation came too late for him. It hasn’t been an easy thing, seeking justice against one’s own familiy. While our father’s actions and attitude leading up to that day made this a much easier process to pursue, his eventual understanding of our situation made his final sentence that much more difficult to hear.

However, we will be fine, and it is thanks to you that everything worked out this way. I have convinced my sister to thank you as well. Her message is below.

Fine. I guess you’re alright for a fucking psychic. Thanks.

There, I said it.

E

I believe I send this to the Holy Pontiff of the Church of Light and Dark, and from there he’ll send this letter to you. Again, thank-you from the both of us.

Sincerely,
Saria Naeric.

  • I love Elycia! She makes Ursus seem magnanimous!
Nice to see Dream having a positive effect outside of CrIsis.

  • Well, lets see what she says after she has been set on fire.

  • Ursus: “Damn E, tone it down a bit…”

  • Nice when any of us have a positive effect outside of CrIsis! E is one crazy girl! At least she is hot enough to be that crazy on the Vicki Mendoza Scale.

  • This has been in my head for a while, I was glad to finally get it out and put some personality to those two.
