Is What I’m Feeling A Part Of War?
“Mother of our children” is amazing to say as it is to write. I loved getting your message the day after the Festival of Osiris. Knowing nothing of what you are going through for a double pregnancy I wanted to say you should eat some carrots, as I fine them among my favorite foods. However, I have no idea if it would help or hinder the process. I feel inferior as a lifemate given that I am not at your side trying to make sure your needs are met. My friend, Khonsu’s Reaper, is a father and he keeps telling me I would get in the way. I keep telling him I would make a path and he smiles at me nodding that I would do that, and yet, do not know how to get out of my own way. I have a small sense of dread that I was going to wake up and our child (these were dreams I have had, more on that below) missing somehow. Is this normal for a parent away fighting a war?
I hear that since you are working with Lady Torchwood you are going to be within the Timiro Kingdom when our children are born. I recommend either Credia or Nisi as places to have the children and receive amazing support. The idea of a Minotaur Embassy is just as amazing sounding to me as I am sure being told you married an Arch-wizard, Immortal, Demigod, Sea-Captain, Paladin. Good grief I get around! While you are there make sure to meet the incredible King Guy Campton, architect of a free Timiro!
I have managed to accomplish a personal quest of mine. I have seen the Great Tree of Life, planted by the elf once known as Lictalon the Great. Before the Age of a Thousand Magicks during the wanning years of the Age of Light, some 70,000 years ago! Although, many scholars might disagree as to exact number of years ago. However, what I am terrified about is that history has may have smoothed over so many important details regarding the TRUE Lictalon whom is now a God of the Elves. If the tales are to be believed that is? Speaking of how is Father Linbrand and his fellows? I’d imagine both of them resisted the “Call of the Elves” because of the augury you received about our children. I’m very concerned that Lictalon of history was far more of a tyrant than the Tristine Chronicles have led us to believe. I find a number of my thoughts only focus on the next encounter. Like the Necromancer we purged from a town in the east here. At the end of this month I will have been with CrIsis for three years and currently have been responsible for aiding in the recovery of seven pieces of Osiris the Lawgiver! Not longer after that I will become the longest serving member of this group and I am somewhat worried about returning to a life where I don’t spend nearly everyday watching my back to see if someone is trying to kill me for a variety of reasons. Is what I’m feeling a part of war?
On a positive note the Great Tree of Life is alive and so tall and wide a small town lives among its trunk, branches and roots! Our bringing the Lawgiver’s Left Arm cemented some knowledge we learned about the Necromancer. He had been in league with the Old Ones, and Netosa to be specific! Now I managed face the bearmen corpse it possessed and animated. I told it that it would never shackle us again and then the mutated Old One Spawn looked right at me! Fear gripped me but I was able to collect myself after a few moments. Wait, I know that sounds super depressing but it is not. Being made aware of a problem allows one to find a solution. We met an ancient Elf & Dwarf that have been living at the tree since the “War of the Fair & the Strong”! The Elf receives the Lawgiver’s Left Arm from our group and then gave it to the ancient Dwarf. Whom shoved into the ground at the roots of the tree in one swift motion! It helped to give the strength to Great Tree of Life so that it was able to purge the taint it had from the Old One below the Shattered Mountains! In thanks for the aid to help itself become free once more our group was presented with Leaf Blankets of Healing! I intend to bring mine to you for our children and use for the tribe because it heals those it is laid upon while they rest and sleep!
Even though I still have to find out if Aleyne is still under the sway of the tyrant elf God. I would like nothing more than to just spend one day next to you so if nothing else we can learn more about each other and strengthen our bonds as a budding family. Now I have to go and ask the Great Tree why the one that planted it is being an ass currently?

The more Xerx’ses writes her, the stronger the feelings that come out of the writings- nice to see!
I think those dreams of waking up to find your child missing are perfectly normal… For someone who has pissed off the Goblin King!
Where is the “Like” button when you need it? LOL!
What is your obsession with the Goblin King…Are you one of his minions?
“Now I have to go and ask the Great Tree why the one that planted it is being an ass currently?”
Well that is a very Ursian way to address the Great Tree of Life.
