Monthly Weaver Update #1

Hail and well met my new friend, Master Mustrum,

I am hoping monthly check ins are acceptable for now, and if during my flash flood training I failed to mention it any correspondence you need to send to me and don’t know where I am. Send it to Pontiff U’Selekma and he will get it through with his stealth pigeons. Oh, since you were the head teacher can we leverage the students to help with two research projects. Definitely include that young Elf boy I met during my first stay at the Tri-Arcanum. He was sharp and intuitive which could prove an asset.

PROJECT ALPHA) – I, well CrIsis, needs a way to stop that Hawk spell from taking down magical pigeons. I think we need a form of stealth pigeon, really just mind storming there.

PROJECT BETA) – I need maps of Hades, information about Modeus and the ecology of Demonic living. I need to know where in Hades his umm…
…his Pyramid is. The gods live in pyramids so I am just using that as an example for his stronghold whatever it may be. Also I need everything regarding Lictalon the Great and his time as ruler of Hades.

This brings to light another idea, one which should make our students hate me but give us an updated accounting of our available lore.

PROJECT GAMMA) – A while back there was a theft in the Library of Bletherad. Make sure to share this with the other heads of the Arcanum. My concern is the Zealotry might try and branch out from just hunting the Grand Library and focus on other sources of knowledge. Inventory the books, ALL OF THEM.

As a sub point to this project which I feel is crucial is the list of {BEGIN YOUR COLORFUL EDITS HERE} runic items we have at our hands. I believe enough time has passed and Master Gwydion should have provided you a list with the 238 rune weapons and a short rundown of each of their powers. {END EDITS} Please let me know if there are any shields among that list that would suit a Paladin? If not, no worries I have a back-up plan for where we just berthed the Shield of Light. Oh did I mention I am going to be a father?

Now, that I got my stuff out of the way what news of the Weavers and the Guild as a whole? How’s your first 30 days going? Master Elminster, is doing well along with his lady? Is his apprentice taking well to becoming our new recruiter? Aside from the 20% loss in general membership have our Wolfen members tried to bring in any new people? Soon the Guild will be mentioned once more among the Books of CrIsis and I hope that helps with our numbers.
