After the battle against a Wooly Dragon where Chip’s is sorely defeated, Thoth visits Chip in a vision. “The power that had been undone has been returned. With this you may deal Light’s vengeance on those that fight against us, but only those that truly serve the dark or hold the parts of the Light.”
