A Rose is Still a Rose

Dear Rose,

I know that being a dick headed dwarf may have tainted your view of dwarves. Please don’t let my bad behavior taint your view of Mary; she in an angel. She warned me of being a douche and I really stepped in it. It was only a few days ago that we got the Bishop Tutu. He looked like a horse had kicked his face multiple times and his clothes and skin were covered in dried and wet blood. I almost cried when I saw him. To be honest, he was the first encounter of a loving and jolly human who could of easily been a fairy the way he behaved. I always remembered him as full of life and when I saw him, he…, it was the first time that I was really scared for all the members of the priesthood of the Light. I could only cradle him while his brethren (and sisters) prayed for his health and the psi-healers did their work. I know that within moments he was back to his old self but it was eternity to me.

I then realized that I have done you wholly wrong; a real horses ass. I am so sorry for the things that I said. You deserve a better friend than I. I just pray that you will find me more than a fair weather friend. I was scared for all of Palladium. For a brief moment I was weak and blamed the church for my plight and should have never doubted you. I know you’re good; I just thought that perhaps you choose bad company. Indaris told me more about the choosing and how the gods choose your adviser. All I could think about was the letter and how It must of broke your heart to read such harsh words. Please forgive me and I know that I can do better.

Your friend,

Overkill.
