It is awarded after some travails to Xerx’ses. See the log Inhale Exhale. Xerx’ses later gives it to Indaris.
No one in CrIsis knows yet its powers- but were told that it was “the most powerful piece” by Forenque Dngg.
The lung is 4’ long and 18" wide.
