RATEL
This being of pure evil attempts to kill CrIsis when they try to recover the Glaive of the Old Ones. Ratel vows revenge upon CrIsis and Jidian Kulder for foiling his plans to recall the Old Ones. He has returned a few times to harass CrIsis, although his last time he did not raise a hand against them. They banished him anyways, and he has vowed revenge.
Ratel is an Arch Fiend.
