Seaholm is the capital for the Seahawk Tribe of Wolfen. Rumored to house an alchemist.

This town of 28,000 can grow to 40,000 depending on the harshness of winter in the Algor Mountains. There are many lodges that are used only during these times. This town would benefit the most from peace with the Eastern Territory for it would be a good trade port.
