I have been requested by the Land of the South Winds Silk Company to contact you for assistance in resolving a matter. The Land of the South Winds Silk Company has recently concluded a large number of contracts for removal of unwanted people. The contracts have immediately produced moneys equalling 40,000,000 WEGP. The Land of the South Winds Silk Company is desirous of finding assnation contracts in other parts of the world, however, because of certain regulations of the Land of the South Winds Government, it is unable to move these funds to another region.

Your assistance is requested as a non-Land of the South Winds citizen to assist the Land of the South Winds National Silk Company, and also the Central Bank of Caer Itom, in moving these funds out of Land of the South Winds. If the funds can be transferred to your name, in your Central Bank of Caer Itom, then you can forward the funds as directed by the Land of the South Winds Silk Company. In exchange for your accommodating services, the Land of the South Winds Silk Company would agree to allow you to retain 10%, or 4,000,000 WEGP of this amount.

However, to be a legitimate transferee of these moneys according to Land of the South Winds law, you must presently be a depositor of at least 100,000 WEGP in a Land of the South Winds or Timiro bank which is regulated by or registered with the Central Bank of Caer Itom.

If it will be possible for you to assist us, we would be most grateful. We suggest that you meet with us in person in Llorn, and that during your visit I introduce you to the representatives of the Land of the South Winds Silk Company, as well as with certain officials of the Central Bank of Caer Itom, LotSW branch.
