Keegan is the artist that meets Ursus in Nisi at the base of the Obelisk and after interacting with him invites him and No Name to a diner and ritual at his Khonsu Shrine in the country just outside of Nisi.
At the behest of Ursus and No Name, he is recruited and inducted as the Cardinal of Khonsu. He currently resides in Sekti Abtu.
